The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms, but faced inconveniences like not being able to enjoy certain dishes due to cleanliness concerns. On the positive side, after being relocated to another boutique hotel, the experience improved with a room upgrade. The service was top-notch from various staff members; however, a faulty air conditioning unit was not resolved promptly. The location is convenient with a pleasant surrounding, though some facilities could have been better. The dining options varied but faced repetitiveness over time.
